Near the train station, 2 min walk, this is the ideal students residence for Nova School Business and Economics in Carcavelos students. You can take the train or ride a bike and get there in 20 min. You can be in center Lisbon in 30 mintes by train.
Our Studios for students
Uniliving consists of 22 single rooms with private bathroom, common kitchen and dining room totally equiped. All floors have common balconies. The outer space consists in a yard with a leisure area and barbecue.
All rooms have an excellent exposure with natural light. The rooms are single and have private bathroom. Each room is equipped with a mini fridge and heater.
Price settled for a minimum stay from September to January (5 months), February to June (5 months) July and august (1 month).
The dining room next to the kitchen is a very pleasant area to eat and socialize. There is a TV with international channels. Between the kitchen and the dining room you can find a common bathroom. The Kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and appliances to prepare all the meals. Large doors give access to the courtyard.
The outer space has a leisure area with meal tables and barbecue.
